SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Domestic USA: Customers Credit Card will be
charged for a UPS shipping fee or priority mail. The lowest cost shipping method
will be used unless you request otherwise. We will usually ship your order within 24 hours
unless your product is out of stock and we will notify you. Next day or second day
air UPS shipping is also available upon request for an additional charge.
FREE SHIPPING applies to all domestic orders of $50.00 or
more except for items with * sign. |
| International: Customer's credit card will be
charged for air mail postage, insurance and receipt request fees and $2.00 for completion
of customs forms per order. |
Returns and Exchange: If you are not satisfied with a product, please call us. We process
returns/exchanges on unopened items when you call within 30 days of purchase on an
individual basis. Credits and exchanges are processed after the product is received
back at our store.
| DAMAGE CLAIMS: Leave damaged goods and box exactly
as you receive it. Notify UPS or your local post office right away. Also, call
us at 1-800-319-7675, but do not send the damaged item back as this will negate your
claim. |
